Flying with Baby tips:
- Choose a flight schedule that fits your baby usual nap/sleep schedule
- Ensure you have good sleep before taking the flight (so you are fully charged and could cope with a cranky baby in case)
- Bring enough new toys to entertain your baby
- Bring enough finger snacks and enough water (liquids)
- Let your baby to suck on a bottle or breastfeeding him during take off or landing
- Expose to natural sunlight is the best way to tune your jetlag
- Do not schedule activities on the first few days as it takes time for baby and you to adjust to the new time zone and weather
